Our Free Package
After finding out what sort of properties you are looking for, we will arrange for you to meet the most suitable French representive who will find the right property for you and manage the entire purchasing process as if it was for them.
Our Full Search Package
Perfect for busy people: we will take care of everything for you. From your answers to a short questionnaire, we are confident that we will be able to find your dream property.
This service includes:
- 3 days' personal translation;
- Accompanying you to the properties you've selected prior to the journey;
- Guided visits of the villages surrounding the properties;
- Translating on a daily basis during the trip.
For this service we charge a fee of around £500 for assistance, translation and guiding. (This fee is fully refundable if you purchase a property through us.)
We can also arrange flights, accommodation and more at cost for you. This is separate to the cost of the property itself.
Throughout our contract with you:
- We will contact you to confirm the information;
- We will search for your French home through our French contacts and estate agents, with whom we work very closely;
- We will regularly email you updates;
- We will keep you informed of any changes in the market;
- We will inspect properties before you do, so you don't waste any time visiting places that don't match your criteria;
- We will arrange an appointment with our relevant associate in France who will escort you to the properties you have selected;
- Our French partners will help you with the legal side of the purchase, and in completing the necessary forms;
- We can also recommend a mortgage broker, a currency exchange packager and an independent removals company.
Our contract with you does not commit you to buying a property. If you find a property you would like to purchase, you pay the Estate Agent directly, and this is totally separate to the cost of our services.
Post-Purchase Service (For a small fee)
You might also be interested in our post-purchase service. We can help you with a range of issues, including
- Opening a bank account;
- Finding, contacting and contracting local workers (builders, electricians, plumbers);
- Setting up your electricity, phone, gas and other utilities;
- Forwarding your mail;
- Managing your bills (set-up direct debits, standing orders, etc.);
- Meeting third parties such as le Maire and the neighbours!
- Finding house and car insurance.
In addition to this service, we can also:
- be key holders;
- prepare your home for family and friends' visits;
- arrange a laundry service;
- pick you up from the airport (Montpellier, Carcassonne or Perpignan);
- visit your property on a regular basis for security and peace of mind.
